DIGITAL DARWAAZA – PAYMENT & PROJECT PROTECTION POLICY

Official Payment & Project Protection Policy (Applicable to all services: Website Development,SEO, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Hosting, Domains, etc.)

This policy is an integral part of every proposal, invoice, and service agreement with Digital Darwaaza. By paying the advance amount, the client fully accepts all terms mentioned below.

1. Payment Structure
   • 50% of the total project cost is payable as non-refundable advance before any work begins.
   • The remaining 50% (plus any approved additional charges) becomes due immediately upon final delivery of the complete project.
2. Project Delivery & Final Payment Deadline
   • “Final delivery” means the day when all files, source code, logins, hosting credentials, domain control, admin panels, published website/app, and any other deliverables are handed over to the client or made live.
   • The client is required to clear the full remaining balance within 3 calendar days (72 hours) from the date and time of final delivery.
3. Automatic Enforcement After 3 Days (No-Reminder Policy)
   1.If the final payment is not received in full within 3 calendar days of final delivery, Digital Darwaaza will exercise the following rights immediately and without any prior notice, consent, or liability. Suspension or complete takedown of the website/application from the server.
   2. Revocation of all hosting, cPanel, FTP, database, and server access.
   3. Transfer or suspension of domain name control (if registered/managed by us).
   4. Deletion or disabling of all advertising accounts (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) created under the project.
   5. Permanent deletion of source files, databases, graphics, and any other project-related material from our servers and backups.
   6. Removal of the client as admin/owner from all social media pages, Google Business Profiles, and other platforms managed under the project.
4. Non-Refundable Payments
   • The 50% advance and any other amount already paid is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including after enforcement of Clause 3.
   • No refunds will be issued even if the client pays late and requests project restoration.
5. Restoration (Only If We Agree)
   • If the client wishes to restore the project after takedown, Digital Darwaaza may (at its sole discretion) restore it only after: – Receipt of 100% of the original pending amount – An additional penalty/re-activation fee of minimum PKR 25,000–100,000 (depending on project size) – A fresh 50% advance for the “new” restoration project
   • There is no obligation on Digital Darwaaza to restore or keep backups after the 3-day period.
6. No Excuses or Extensions The following or similar reasons will not be accepted under any circumstances after the 3-day deadline:
   • Bank delays, jazzcash/Easypaisa issues, cheque clearing
   • Owner/travel/illness/approval delays
   • “Will pay next week/month” promises Once 72 hours have passed, enforcement actions begin automatically.
7. Legal Validity & Jurisdiction
   • All services are provided from Pakistan and are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
   • This policy is standard, widely practiced, and fully enforceable in Pakistani courts for digital/freelance agencies.
   • Digital Darwaaza reserves the right to pursue legal recovery of dues plus damages if required.
8. Acceptance of Policy Payment of the 50% advance or any partial payment constitutes full and irrevocable acceptance of this entire policy. No separate signature or written consent is required.
